Corporate Chef Ken Schloss has created an extra special entrée for Easter dinner at Huggo’s. The dish features Garlic and Rosemary Roasted Leg Lamb with Poha Berry Horseradish Sauce served with Roasted Garlic Mashed Potatoes and Asparagus.
