While every night is ono (delicious) at Huggo’s, tonight’s special features the yummy white fish of the same name — Ono! This highly prized, delicately- flavored fish is found in tropical and sub-tropical waters worldwide and is commonly known as Wahoo in many locations outside of Hawaii. Chef Ken is preparing it pan seared to perfection in an herb marinade and served with saffron-aspargus risotto, French green beans, black garlic yuzu aioli and crispy fried leeks.
Fresh caught Kampachi and Mahi Mahi are also on offer this evening — it’s aloha Friday, let Chef Ken do the cooking!
