Huggo’s and our sister restaurants On the Rocks and Lava Lava Beach Club are excited to participate in the 2015 Localicious fundraiser for the month of March. When our customers order an Localicious entrée $1 will be donated to the cause.
This fundraiser will benefit local elementary school students in educating them on where their food comes from and how fruits and vegetables grow. Last year 51 restaurants raised more than $31,000 for 65 fourth grade public schools usng 25-lession Veggie U curriculum. This year 126 restaurants will be participating!
Huggo’s Localicious entrée will be the Island Catch made with Spicy Sichimi Togarashi, Molokai Sweet Potato, and Asian Sprout Salad.
On The Rocks’ Localicious entrée will be the Grilled Ahi Burger with Lettuce, Onion, Tomato, and Wasabi Mayonaise.
Lava Lava Beach Club’s Localicious entrée will the Hapa Burger made with Half Big Island Beef and Half Portuguese Sausage.
