This Saturday December 14, 2013 is the 25th Annual Christmas at The Fairmont -Dining with the Chefs. This gala benefits local culinary scholarships by the American Culinary Federation (ACF) Kona Kohala Chefs Association.
Twenty top Hawai‘i chefs and confectioners use primarily locally sourced ingredients to prepare tantalizing cuisine—all accompanied by handcrafted ales, wines, and 100% Kona coffee.
Huggo’s will be there to support this holiday fundraiser and will be making a Braised Beef Polenta dish! Our sister restaurant Lava Lava Beach Club will also be present serving Seared Ahi.
Attendees of Christmas at the Fairmont will enjoy all you can eat and drink, and a souvenir glass. The event will also include live music under and exciting on line bidding of unique items and a silent auction of exclusive, private dinner parties, and receptions professionally hosted by local chefs.
