On the Rocks, our sister restaurant just next door, was literally rockin’ on Halloween night. Huggo’s General Manager Greg Peterson reports the place was packed, the costumes fantastic and everyone had a great time. None more than the cash prize winners of the annual costume contest. $1500 was up for grabs and here are those who grabbed it:
