Wild for Huggo’s Cocktail Specials!

Veteran bartender Billy Gienger joined Huggo’s in 2011 and is widely recognized as one of the most talented mixologists in the islands. We’ve let him run free with his top-shelf, “wild card” creations he and his bartender colleagues are mixing up nightly. The featured, high-octane concoction differs each evening, so roll the dice and take your chances on a delicious surprise.

Billy is happy to share the secret ingredients and the inspiration for the cocktail – just ask!

He took time earlier this week to preview two featured drinks –The Tusk and The Kona Club.

The Tusk is a refreshing blend of Plymouth Gin, Lemongrass, Basil Oil, Korean Chili Oil, Coconut Milk and Lime, while the Kona Club the inspiration of fellow bartender Lawrence LaBounty – features the Italian herbal liquor, Fernet, plus a Whole Egg, Angostura Bitters, Drambuie, Pineapple Juice and Fresh Lime.
