October 13, 2012 it may seem to be all about Ironman this Saturday on Hawaii Island, but not quite! This evening at On the Rocks (Huggo’s sister restaurant just next door to us in the heart of Kailua-Kona) we announced the photo contest winners for the month of September! The contest runs through the end of the year with two winners selected each month. In addition to receiving On the Rocks gift cards for the achievement, the monthly winners are also automatically entered to win one of two year-end grand prizes. This month’s winning photo, “Sunset at Huggo’s”, was taken by Scott Burge of Oregon.
The 2nd place photo, “What’s Not to Love about OTR Sunsets?”, was taken by Kailua-Kona resident Terri (Capri) Kachurka. Terri’s photo was also the fan favorite of the month, as selected by our Facebook followers!
