Huggo’s Corporate Chef Ken and Sous Chef Carlos are all smiles and you will be, too, with the new dishes they are introducing here this week! A long-awaited, state-of-the art pasta machine has arrived and this culinary duo promises a variety of new dishes (and nightly specials) will be joining the menu.
Raviolis (stuffed with Hawaii Island grown and cultivated ingredients – think goat cheese, arugula, Ali’i mushrooms and such) will be among the many new culinary treats. Meanwhile, the first of the special pasta dishes have included Fresh Pappardelle with Assorted Ali’i Mushrooms, Parmesan, Parsley, Garlic and Butter, and Fresh Pappardelle with Shrimp, Cherry Tomatoes, Basil, Crushed Chili Peppers and Parmesan Cheese.
