Sous Chef Carlos Nava snapped this picture perfect dish just as it came out of the kitchen at Huggo’s. This dish — one of many nightly specials showcased at the restaurant — features Herb-Panko Crusted Opah with Asparagus and Black Forbidden Rice in a Ginger Guava Sauce, topped with Island Fresh Pineapple-Mango relish.
