Well actually, they’ve begun as of 12:01 a.m. today! Huggo’s gives a big shout out to Hawaii state lawmakers who earlier this year approved legislation legalizing same-sex civil unions…as the law went into effect in the early hours today, many couples state wide exchanged vows. Congratulations to all!
