Following a visit late last month by comedian Carlos Mencia, managers and staff at Huggo’s on Kailua-Kona’s waterfront welcomed Michael Moloney, star of the hit reality show “Extreme Home Makeover” to the restaurant for dinner with friends this week. They proclaimed Huggo’s of having “the best fresh fish ever” and among other things enjoyed oysters on the half shell, grilled mahi mahi and Chef Ken’s special of the evening, panko and herb crusted haupu’upu’u with lilikoi butter sauce and garlic mashed potatoes.
A great time was had by all!
