Refreshing and delicious cocktails, a fabulous bottle of Melioma Pinot Noir and great food were enjoyed by all. The salads were crispy fresh — the greens picked on farms in Waimea just that morning — and top pick entrees for this evening (from the newly enhanced menu) were Surfer Girl Stew (a zesty mix of lobster, clams and large shrimp) and Lava Tubes (eggplant stuffed with fresh mozzarella)!
According to Eric’s guests, they are all must trys! Special treat for all? The legendary Henry Kapono entertained — a delightful surprise for a packed house of appreciative diners!
