A Little Heat for Your Opa!

Huggo’s Sous Chef Carlos Nava is at it again – that is, creating inspired dinner specials for our diners.

In addition to our classic Huggo’s dinner menu, specials are featured nightly with all items showcasing the very best of Hawaii Island’s produce, seafood and beef.

A recent hit was Chef Carlos’ special Herb Marinated Opa served with Garlic Mashed Potatoes and topped with an Avocado/Tomato Salsa Fresca, Lime Butter Sauce and a drizzle of Chili Oil.

Huggo’s extensive wine list offers wines by the bottle or glass and for this zesty dish Chef recommends pairing it with either the J Pinot Gris from California or the Nice Sauvignon Blanc from Argentina.
