Huggo’s and Lava Lava Beach Club Shine Under the Stars!
Chef Carlos Nava and team (Cameron Linden and John Henry) of Huggo’s and Lava Lava Beach Club presented a stellar dish to guests at the annual Culinary Arts Under the Stars Event at Waikoloa Beach Resort this weekend.
Their hugely popular food station featured Togarashi Crusted Ahi with Arugula Macadamia Nut Pesto, Avocado Bamboo Rice and Avocado Coconut Cream Sauce. The event benefits the American Culinary Federation Chef and Child Nutrition Program on Hawaii Island. Kudos to all participating chefs and restaurants for dishing up delicious food for a great cause!
