California Guests Rave: "Chef Ken Rocks"!
Frequent Hawaii Island visitors, the Enos-Locke Paddon family from Aptos, made a fast track to “our favorite restaurant in Kailua-Kona” (Huggo’s) on their annual January holiday to the island.
Just two hours after their jet touched down at Kona International, our management and staff was welcoming them back! Chef Ken’s special — Asian Spice-Rubbed Monchong — was proclaimed the “best fish we’ve ever tasted” and Huggo’s classic Teriyaki steak with a skillet of sizzling Hamakua mushrooms on the side was “a winner, as always, one of our family’s all-time favorites”!
